After spending the night in the Guest Inn, Oklahoma we headed north to Pratt, KS. We spent the afernoon waiting at a crossroads just west of Greensburg, where we bumped into the Outlaw Chasers (pic below). Late afternoon a cell popped up on radar in the North eastern Texas panhandle so we dropped south back into Oklahoma and chased a lovely cell which supposedly produced a tornado before we got there. It had a lovely structure, we managed to see a funnel come out of it and some big hail, we continued to follow it in the hopes it would pulse but instead it died. We head back up north and go within a few miles of the one that has devastated Greensburg (but it's no fun chasing a mile wide at night, and as we could not see anything we dropped off for safety). Reports over the radio is there had to be people hurt, one report placed Greensburg as 50% destroyed.
