| We left a motel that was right beside a wireless access point, it was handy but very poor access. Today looked like a short trip 80 miles to start with to a service area with wireless access. |
| While we where sitting there we bumped into the one of the Twister Sisters, who had a film crew from Fox 9 with them. They wanted to talk to us about why we had come all the way over here, you never know we might make the telly yet. |

Also we had the pleasure of meeting Jerry Funtsinn who showed us the set up in his car, he had a system that downloaded information from Satellite reducing the need for internet access, also it's on tap all the time.
Notice the number plate. |

| On the visible Satellite there where some clouds building to our SW, nothing was showing on radar yet so we popped down the road to see. On the way we passed a doppler radar site. |
| Bumping into another chaser. In the end the clouds we had aimed for just fell apart |
| So to cheer Steve up, we took him to McDonalds. |
